Report Generation: Design and develop aesthetic, informative program reports for key stakeholders. Includes, background research, writing, reviewing, editing, layout and graphic design of drafts, and production and delivery of final report(s).

Community/Social Network Analysis: Conduct community/social network analysis to find connections and resources related to the client’s proposal/project’s vision and idea(s). Assist clients in developing and maintaining strong, longstanding relationships and connections with community-based organizations (CBO), and community stakeholders. Assist in making introductions and community connections when appropriate. If in Wisconsin, we will leverage our partnership with WINSR.

Culturally Responsive Evaluation (CRE): Equity-focused program and systems evaluation using the 9-Step CRE Framework.

Literature Review: Review of discipline specific literature based on client’s needs. Synthesis and synopsis of information/themes. Development of bibliography/annotated bibliography.

Survey Design and Development: Design and develop effective surveys (quantitative/qualitative/mixed methods) to match the clients 'needs and specifications.

Survey Dissemination: Implement, disseminate, track, and retrieval of survey and results. Includes enrollment and management of participants.

Grant Writing Support: Grant writing support and editing. Development and review of drafts with clients. Meetings with clients throughout the writing process.

Proposal Review: Work with client to understand the goals and vision for the grant proposal. Review funding agency's basic requirements and timeline. Assess the status of the client’s grant proposal. Begin to develop key benchmarks. Begin to identify key stakeholders.

Prospective RFP/RFA/FOA Research: Research prospective funding agencies and their review criteria. Generate a list of potential funders for clients.

Specific RFP/RFA/FOA Research: Research specific grant funding and their review criteria as part of pre-award work with client.

NSF Broader Impact Design Support: Assist researchers in understanding the broader impacts of their science, technology & discoveries. Work with the client to explore and develop a robust broader impact design for their NSF grant proposal. We will provide advice for building as strong assessment strategy, including leveraging our partnership with Evaluation Plus.

NIH Inclusion Criteria Design: Work with the client to explore and develop robust diversity and Inclusion design for their NIH grant proposal. Explore the best path clinical and translational research recruitment. We will provide advice for building as strong assessment strategy, including leveraging our partnership with Evaluation Plus.

Program Assessment and Consultation: Work with the client to identify where the current state of the program is in relation to their mission and vision. Identify areas of capacity building and resource development. Work with the client to design a growth projection to accomplish the established goals and objectives of the program. Provide advice for building as strong assessment strategy, including leveraging our partnership with Evaluation Plus.

Annual Grant Report Generation: Work with the client to generate and produce annual report(s) to funders and other key stakeholders.

Quarterly Grant Report Generation: Work with the client to generate and produce quarterly report(s) to funders and other key stakeholders.
